VERTRAIL: NIGHT-TRAIL 4th EDITION
On Saturday, December 3rd, 2016 in the hall(market) of the sports of Porchefontaine, situated in 63 street Rémont 78000 Versailles. Start at 5:45 pm
Art 1: ORGANIZATION
The NIGHT-TRAIL VERTRAIL, is a new event of natural running organized by the pupils and the professors of exploration of PE of the High school Marie Curie of Versailles. The sports association of the high school, provided the MAIF, is the support structure of the event.
Art 2: DEFINITION OF THE EVENT AND THE SCHEDULES
Night route where the runners will leave for a loop of 16,8 km to return on the place of departure where will be judged the arrival (sports center of PORCHEFONTAINE, (hall of athletics) 63 street Rémont, 78000 VERSAILLES). The race is completely traced in the national forest of Porchefontaine (ONF) on ways and paths. Marking of the route according to the rule book of Trail (rubalises reflective …)
Retreat of numbers of 2:45 pm at 4:45 pm.Briefing in the hall at 5:15 pm.Departure of the race at 5:45 pm.Podium at 8:15 pm.The limit time for Trail Nocturne is of 2:30 am.
All the runners exceeding this deadline will make the end of the route under their full responsibility.

Art 3: INSURANCE
The event is covered by a third-party insurance signed by the organizers with the MAIF. The graduates benefit from guarantees granted by the insurance bound to their license and he falls to the other participants to make sure personally.
The responsibility of the Association will be stopped as soon as a competitor will remove his number for abandonment, disqualification for cutting of the race by medical decision, or on decision of the organization.
The organization declines any responsibilities in the event of an accident resulting from a hanging physical insufficiency or after the event.
Art 4: SAFETY
The safety of the race is assured by a doctor, posts of first-aid workers and signalers were placed during the route in strategic places.Volunteers signalers will be present on all the route to assure the safety and serve as antenna for the service medical which is assured by UMP 91 (company pleases of help) which will be present with a complete team on the departure area of arrival as well as with a team quad in the forest. The medical service is intended to give assistance to every person in danger with the ways appropriate to the organization or subsidized. The medical service is authorized to put out of the race (by invalidating the number) every competitor unfit of continuing the test. The service medical is authorized to make evacuate by any means at their convenience the runners whom they will judge in danger. The resultant expenses of the employment of these exceptional means will be supported by the helped person who will also have to assure her return of the point where she will have been evacuated. Every runner calling on to a doctor or a first-aid worker submits himself de subjected to his authority and makes a commitment to accept his décisions.
Art 5: PROVISIONING AND MATERIAL
A complete provisioning will wait for the competitors on the zone of arrival. A liquid provisioning will be also set up on the race even if the principle of Trail is generally the automobile food.
A headlamp is MANDATORY.
Other recommended equipments: foil blanket and whistle.
Art 6: RESPECT OF THE NATURE
The competitors make a commitment to respect the nature (ways, wood, single), without throwing of dirt (paper, packaging, energy frost). Every competitor surprised in the failure to respect this charter will see itself eliminated from the race.
Art 7: REGISTRATION FEES
The amount of the registration fees by competitor is 15 Euros.
The registration(inscription) makes on-line on the Web site of space competition.
Some on-the-spot registrations, within the limits of 25 numbers in the 20-euro price list.
Check payable of: MARRIED CURIE or cash.
No refund can be claimed one week before the race.If the test must be cancelled for major case of strength or for a motive independent from the will of the organization, no reimbursement of expenses of registration will be made.In everything the cases, if the organizer cancels the test without reason, the competitors will see paying off at the most 50 % of the registration fees to allow the organization to cover the committed expenses.
Art 8: MEDICAL CERTIFICATES
He(It) is compulsory to present a medical certificate of not contraindication to the practice of the running, either the triathlon or the cycling (Law n°99-223 of 25/03/99 art 6) dating at least from 1 year to the date the event, with the mention " Capable of the running or trail or triathlon in competition ".
- For the graduates(license holders,laid-off employees) in sports federation: uploader on-line your license and present to the retreat of numbers.
- For the not graduates: on-line uploader your certificate medical and to present to the retreat of numbers.
- compulsory parental consent for the juvenile (between 16 and 18 years)
Art 9: CLASSIFICATIONS AND AWARDS
The awards will be prizes ( no bonus )
The classification scratch man and woman will be established on 3 first ones.
3 first one veterans men and women will be just like rewarded like 3 first ones girls and boys (juniors) and confused(merged) juniors).
The scratch outdoes, there will be no accumulation.
The 1st and the 1st pupil of the high school Marie Curie will be also rewarded, as well as relays.
Art 10: ASSISTANCE
The participants owe assistance to every wounded person or in danger about is their interest in the final classification. In case of distress, they will have to alert or make alert the organization situated on the race and which has ways of intervention.
The organizers disclaim all liability in case of breaches(negligences) in the regulation The organizers are authorized to sanction(punish), at the need by the elimination of the runner in cause, any irregularity, not sports behavior and breach(negligence) in the present regulation.
Art. 11: DOPING TEST
Unexpected doping tests can take place. According to the legislation, every indicated, laid off(indicated, dismissed,appointed, laid off,appointed, participant or not, has to submit himself to it, under punishments of the statutory penalties.
Art.12 LAW OF IMAGE
The participants authorize expressly the organizers as well as their legal successors such as partners and media, to use without against financial part the fixed or audiovisual images on which they could appear, taken on the occasion of their participation in the test and in the ceremony of discount of trophies and rewards, on any supports including promotional and\or advertising documents, all over the world and for the longest duration planned by the law, the regulations, the current treaties, including for the possible extra time which could be brought to this duration.
Art. 13 ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATION
The participation in this event involves the full and whole acceptance of the present regulation.
